The second time 2.5 years later … read more I had a small amount of salt damp which he convinced me to monitor explaining there are no risks to doing so. Always gave excellent advice including how to monitor property and even how to clean my pavers to make them last longer. Really happy with his professional service.

The rep came out and told me it indeed wasn't salt damp but an issue with the rendering. He couldn't help but told me how to fix it. Great credit to the company – they are prepared to come out and look at a job for a customer even though they probably knew they couldn't help. I felt sorry for the rep as we couldn't do business. I cannot thank them enough. Will definitely refer friends with older houses to them in the future. Thanks Tech Dry

We had David from Tech Dry come out to look at rising damp in our old house. We had been told by another company and a building inspector that we didn't have … read more a damp course. But David spent time showing us that we did, why we had a small issue and what we could do ourselves to fix the issue.Despite there being no work for him or his company, David took time to show us how to resolve the issue without cost to us. This was very surprising, especially considering i had another reputable company earlier in the day price me $4k for a new damp course and never once mentioned the existing course we had.I cannot recommend Tech Dry enough, this was amazing service and a very helpful surprise.
