The second time 2.5 years later … read more I had a small amount of salt damp which he convinced me to monitor explaining there are no risks to doing so. Always gave excellent advice including how to monitor property and even how to clean my pavers to make them last longer. Really happy with his professional service.

The rep came out and told me it indeed wasn't salt damp but an issue with the rendering. He couldn't help but told me how to fix it. Great credit to the company – they are prepared to come out and look at a job for a customer even though they probably knew they couldn't help. I felt sorry for the rep as we couldn't do business.
